Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece of TheStudio12Twelve jewelry is made to order, all sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade jewelry.

Order Issues

If your package appears delayed, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact me so I can review the tracking information and help determine the next steps. You may need to contact the shipping carrier directly when necessary.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
